WANG Shi
Honorary Chairman of the Board
Male, born in 1951. He joined the PRC Military Force in 1968. He was demobilized in 1973 and worked for the Water and Electricity Supply Department of Zhengzhou Railway. Mr. Wang graduated from Lanzhou Railway College (now known as Lanzhou Jiaotong University) in the PRC in 1978 majoring in Water Supply Studies. After Graduation, he served in various positions with the Guangzhou Railway Bureau, Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Committee of Guangdong Province, and Shenzhen Special Region Development Company. In 1984, he established the Shenzhen Exhibition Centre for Modern Science and Education Equipment, the predecessor of the Company, and served as General Manager. Mr. Wang became Chairman of the Company in 1988 and served as Chairman of the Company from1988 to 2016 and General Manager from 1988 to 1999. He is currently Honorary Chairman of the Board and Director of Vanke Foundation.
YU Liang
Chairman of the Board
Male, born in 1965. He graduated from Peking University in the PRC with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1988 and obtained a master’s degree in Economics therefrom in 1997. Mr. Yu had worked for Shenzhen Waimao Group and joined the Group in 1990. He has been Director of the Company since 1994. He was appointed as Deputy General Manager, Executive Deputy General Manager and Finance Manager, and General Manager of the Company in 1996, 1999 and 2001 respectively. In 2017，He became Chairman of the Board, President of the Company, CEO. Mr. Yu currently serves as Chairman of the Board.
XIE Dong
Chairman of the Supervisory Committee
Male, born in 1965. He graduated from Nanjing Engineering Institution in 1987 with bachelor’s degree in Radio Science. He received a master’s degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1997 and a PhD degree in Management therefrom in 2007. He had worked for Shenzhen RGB Electronics Co., Ltd. of China Shenzhen TV Company (Headquarters). He joined the Group in 1992. Mr. Xie became the manager of Human Resources Department of the Company in 1996 and General Manager and the director of the department in 2000 and 2001 respectively. He became Deputy General Manager of the Company in 2004. Mr. Xie served as Executive Vice President of the Company from October 2007 to February 2014. Mr. Xie now serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee.
Zhu Jiusheng
President of the Company, CEO
male, born in 1969, joined Vanke in 2012, and held a position as a senior vice president of the Company from 2012 to 2015. He has been the chairman of the board of directors of Shenzhen Vanke Financial Consultants Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, since 2014, and the chairman of the board of directors and general manager of Shenzhen Pengding Chuangying Financial Information Services Co., Ltd, an affiliated company of the Company from 2016 to January 2018. Before joining the Company, Mr. ZHU used to work in Shenzhen branch of China Construction Bank Corporation from 1993 to 2012, and had successively served as general manager of credit department and corporation department, and vice president of Shenzhen Branch. Mr. ZHU obtained a master's degree and a doctor's degree in economics both from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Mr. ZHU currently serves as President of the Company, CEO.
WANG Wenjin
Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer
Male, born in 1966. He graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in the PRC with a master’s degree in 1994 and is a Certified Public Accountant in PRC. Mr. Wang had previously worked for Hefei Plastic (Factory Ten) and Anhui Optical Sophisticated Mechanic Research Centre of China Academy of Sciences. After joining the Company in 1993, Mr. Wang became Deputy Manager of Finance Department in 1998 and General Manager thereof in 1999. He became Financial Director in 2004 and Executive Vice President in 2007. Mr. Wang has served as a director, a member of the Investment and Decision making Committee, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Wang currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer.
ZHANG Xu

Male, born in 1963. He graduated from Hefei Industrial University with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Civil Architecture in 1984 and obtained an MBA degree from Illinois State University in 2001. He joined China Overseas Group in 1995 and the Group in 2002. Mr. Zhang successively served as Engineering Supervisor, Vice General Manager, Executive Vice General Manager and General Manager of Wuhan Vanke Real Estate Co. Ltd.. He became Vice President of the Company in 2012 and has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of the Company since 2014. Since 2012, he also became an executive director of Vanke Property (Overseas) Limited, a company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Zhang currently serves as Executive Vice President, COO.
SUN Jia
Executive Vice President, CFO
Male, born in 1978. He graduated from the School of Economics, Peking University with a bachelor’s degree in 2001. In 2007, he graduated from Harvard Business School with a master’s degree in Business Administration. He had worked for McKinsey & Company and China Netcom Corporation. He joined Vanke in 2007 and became the General Manager of the Investment and Sales Management Department of China Vanke Co., Ltd. in 2008. In 2010, he was appointed as the general manager of Xian Vanke Company Limited. He has been the general manager of Shanghai Vanke Company Limited since 2012, and was appointed as Vice President of the Company in 2015. Mr. Sun currently serves as Executive Vice President, CFO.
DING Changfeng
Senior Vice President
Male, born in 1970. He graduated from Peking University with a bachelor’s degree in International Politics in 1991 and a master’s degree in Global Economics in 1998. He joined China Vanke in 1992 and became Deputy Director of the Research Centre of the General Manager's Office in 1994. He served as Chief Editor of “Vanke Weekly” in 1995, Assistant to General Manager of Vanke’s Operation and Management Headquarters of Northeast Region in January 1996, Deputy General Manager of Vanke’s Headquarters of Northeast Region in 1997, and Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd in 1998. He served as Manager of the Company's Corporate Planning Department in 1999, and General Manager of Shanghai Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd. from 2000 to 2005. He acted as Vanke's Executive Vice President in 2001 and Head of the Beijing Region in 2015. Mr. Ding now serves as the Senior Vice President of the Company.
DING Liye
Senior Vice President of Vanke, Chairman and President of SCPG
Male, born in 1964. He graduated from department of Civil Engineering, Hunan University with a bachelor’s degree in 1986. In 1989, he graduated from Tongji University with a master’s degree in Municipal Engineering and obtained an EMBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2012. He had worked for Shenzhen Institute of Architectural Design and Research. In 2003, Mr. Ding established SZITIC Commercial Property (GROUP) Co., Ltd., the predecessor of SCPG. Mr. Ding currently serves as Senior Vice President of Vanke, Chairman and President of SCPG.
LIU Xiao

Male, Born in 1979. He graduated from the Harvard Business School with a Master's degree. He used to work for McKinsey & Company. He joined China Vanke Co., Ltd. in 2009 and served as General Manager of the Investment and Sales Management Department of China Vanke Co., Ltd., General Manager of the Zhejiang Vanke Nandu Real Estate Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Vanke, CEO of the North Regional Headquarters, as well as General Manager of Beijing Vanke Co., Ltd.
TAN Huajie

Male, born in 1973. He graduated from the First Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1993. He joined the Company in 2001. He was appointed as Manager of Customer Relations Department in 2003 and became the chief researcher and Deputy Director of the Office of the Board in 2004. Since 2008 he has been Director of the Office of the Board. Mr. Tan has been appointed as Secretary to the Board of Directors since 2009 and also appointed as Senior Vice President of the Company since 2015. Mr. Tan now serves as serves as the Senior Vice President of Vanke.
WANG Haiwu

Male, born in 1978. He received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and a Master's degree in Enterprise Management from Jilin University. He joined China Vanke Co., Ltd. in 2003 and used to work at the Financial Management Department of Shenzhen Vanke Co., Ltd. He later served as Manager of the Financial Management Department and Deputy General Manager of Dongguan Vanke Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang now serves as the Senior Vice President of Vanke, as well as the CEO of Midwest Region Headquarters.
ZHANG Hai

Male, born in 1970. He holds a Bachelor's degree. He joined China Vanke Co., Ltd. in 1995. He had worked as Deputy Manager of the Design Department of Shenzhen Haishen Property Co., Ltd., Deputy Manager and General Manager of Shenzhen Wanchuang Architectural Design Consulting Co., Ltd., General Manager of Planning and Design Department of Vanke, General Manager of Chengdu Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd., and General Manager of Guangzhou Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang currently serves as the Senior Vice President of China Vanke, CEO of the Shanghai Region Headquarters, and General Manager of Shanghai Vanke Co., Ltd.
ZHANG Jiwen

Male, born in 1967. He graduated from Tsinghua University with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture in 1987 and a Master’s degree in Engineering in 1994. He had worked in Guizhou Provincial Architecture and Design Institute, Shenzhen Jinxiu Zhonghua Development Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Window of the World, and Hong Kong Ho & Partners Architects Engineers & Development Consultants Ltd. He joined Shanghai Vanke Real Estate in 2001 as Deputy General Manager and became the Company's Director for Design in 2003. He was appointed Deputy General Manager of the Company in 2004 and Head of the South Region in January 2009. Mr. Zhang currently serves as Senior Vice President of the Company, as well as CEO of the South Region Headquarters.
ZHU Baoquan

He joined China Vanke Co., Ltd. in 1999 and had served as the Human Resource Manager and Manager of Customer Services Department of Beijing Vanke Co., Ltd., Assistant to General Manager of Chengdu Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd., Operations Director and Head of the Presidents' Officer of Vanke, General Manager of Nanjing Vanke Property Co., Ltd. He was appointed the Senior Vice President and Executive Officer of the Property Service Business Headquarters in 2011 and now serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Property Service Business Headquarters of the Company.
QUE Dongwu

Female, Born in 1966. She holds a Master's degree. She joined China Vanke Co., Ltd in 1993, and successively acted as Manager and Deputy General Manager of the Treasury Department of the Funds Management Center, Capital Director, and Chief Financial Director of the Group. She currently serves as Vice President, as well as the Managing Director of the Company's Hong Kong Management Department.
WANG Yun

She joined China Vanke Co., Ltd. in 2000 and used to serve as Vice Manager of the Research Centre for Vanke's Planning and Design Department, Manager of Vanke's Factory Management Research Centre of Vanke's Engineering Management Department, Assistant General Manager of Vanke's Architecture Research Center. She currently serves as Vice President of the Company.
Zhou Wei

female, born in 1974. She graduated from Renmin University of China in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. She obtained a master’s degree in Western Economics from Renmin University of China in 2010. She successively served as the Deputy Director of the special issue department of Economic Daily, Xiuzhou District Standing Committee Member, Deputy District Mayor in Jiaxing, a city in Zhejiang Province, the Deputy Secretary General of the people’s Government of Jiaxing, the Deputy Director of Department of International Exchanges and Cooperation affiliated to Counselor’s Office of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, and the Secretary of the board of directors of China Minmetals Corporation. She currently serves as the Vice president of Vanke.
ZHU Xu

Female, born in 1975. She graduated from Hunan University of Finance and Economics in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. She obtained a master’s degree in Management from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2001 and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University College London in 2006. As a British Chevening Scholar and a Certified Tax Agent, she had served as section chief in the Shenzhen Municipal Office of the State Administration of Taxation, director and secretary to the board of National Technologies Inc., and deputy general manager and secretary to the board of Shenzhen Grandland Decoration Group Co., Ltd.. Currently, she is a member of the third session of the appeal and review committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, an executive committee member of the company secretary committee of the second session of the board of directors of China Association of Public Companies. She currently serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors.
