Originally intended to just mark the 7 billion mark in world population, the DSW World Clock has been given state approval to remain in the heart of Hannover for another year. Since it was established in the heart of the city, the Clock is now seen by many as an important landmark. It is thought that the Clock will count a further 80 million people before it is moved in 2013. more >

The Tupendane Youth Club received a payment from Wertgarantie of 400 Euro for their work in making handmade Christmas cards last year. DSW Tanzania also used this opportunity to see how the youth club was progressing and how activities were been implemented. more >
